RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. On this page you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchases made online or in stores.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or offer exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Manuals, packaging and accessories must accompany electrical and electronic products. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Note: Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns or exchanges, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.


RETURNS VIA STORE
You can return items that you have purchased online to our store at 211 GLENFERRIE ROAD, MALVERN 3144 for an exchange or refund, but you must present a proof of purchase. Our store team member will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender, therefore if you paid for your online order through PayPal, you are required to present the card associated with your PayPal account in store.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online via post, please contact our store team during the hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on either phone or email as below:
